Meet Our team

Stephanie Sinclair
Co-Director Insightful Learning and Education

First and most importantly, Steph is a mum to two girls and one gorgeous boy. They are her World and her inspiration to improve the quality of early childhood education for all children. This can be achieved by supporting educators and teachers to be the best they can be through learning and development.

Steph is an Early Childhood Trained Teacher with her Bachelors in (Primary)/Early Childhood Education.
Throughout her years in Early Childhood Education she has worked across a variety of different roles and across all age groups. This includes Educational Leader and 2IC.

In 2015 Steph completed her Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and in 2016 she starting to facilitate after hours workshops for an RTO, while still working in an ECE service. This was her first taste at working with adult learners – and she loved it!

In 2020, Steph started working for Childcare Resources Australia (CRA). Here she worked alongside Karen, to write and produce learning guides and assessments for RTO’s to purchase for their learners. She developed the course materials and trainer guides for Cert III and Diploma in Early Education. This was a great opportunity for her to see how the learning materials are created and developed.

In 2020 Steph also moved into Training and Assessment at an RTO. Here she assisted Certificate III and Diploma Trainees to complete their qualifications. She specialised in Child Protection. She loves supporting and working with adult learners to reach their goals.

In 2024 Steph and Karen decided to join forces and open Insightful Learning and Education. They are both passionate about Early Childhood Education and creating high quality learning materials for all educators and teachers.

Steph’s passion lies in creating curious environments for children using real, authentic materials, encouraging educators to challenge their image of the child, curriculum design and supporting Educational Leaders.
